LATIN FITNESS is a new way to combine latin and caribbean dance styles with fitness cardio motivation!

Thanks to our professional trainers Arduino BertoncelloAlberto Faccio and Leonardo Lini, LATIN FITNESS is a perfect combo to sweat, learn some Latin dance steps and burn a lot of calories with fun like into a dance party.
Latin fitness is 45 minutes class. 
There is no partner work. Steps are explained as we dance. It usually takes a few classes before a student picks up everything.
